E. Lamar Callahan Sr.
Founder and CEO

Lamar Callahan Sr. is a US Air Force Veteran and a former Boy Scout and Troop Leader. He is a licensed, professional Massage Therapist of 30 years.

​

His time as a Scout and Scout Leader made Lamar appreciate the simplicity of and beautiful lessons in helping others.

​

In building Africans Supporting Africans Corp., Lamar endevors to honor God by being a Servant of the Lord, doing His work and being the person He wants Lamar to be. 

​

Lamar is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Africans Supporting Africans. 

Dylan

Dylan Adamowicz
Director

Passionate music lover and former DJ, always surrounded by entertainment, Dylan Adamowicz is currently either vlogging with family and friends, writing/recording music, or tending to his pet chihuahua for some much needed affection.

CEO and Founder of infinitdeesigns for over 10 years, Dylan is used to pushing the envelope to stay on trend with cutting edge solutions. He has an extensive background in website design, video editing, graphic design, digital signage and has served clients such as Nike, Under Armour, Delta Airlines, Porsche, ESPN, Netflix, Macy’s, The NBA, AT&T, BET, Canada Dry, Ford, Best Buy, Reebok, and Hulu.

Dylan is the Director of Africans Supporting Africans.

Domasha

Domasha K. Beavers
Educational Director

Domasha K. Beavers is the owner of Zip Mouth Motivation LLC in Florida and Tikia Divine LLC in Alabama. She is a Mindset Coach, Spiritual Coach and wellness guru.

​

She has a Masters in Higher Education and loves to feed the community's knowledge. In 2018, Domasha wrote a short guide to promote the change in others called "Building on The Wrong Foundation." In this guide, Domasha talks about trials and shifts in mindset.

 

Domasha is the Educational Director for Africa's Supporting Africans and continues to grow in the community.

Jan Dandridge, Ph.d

Director

I am honored and excited to be a key member and contributor on the Board of Directors for the Africans Supporting Africans Corp. (A.S.A) non-profit organization. In my capacity, I bring a wide range of experience in Special Education—ranging from classroom instructor, teacher mentor, and a member of the Senior Leadership team. Besides my professional licensure in Special Education, I am completing additional endorsements in ESL, Adaptive Functional Skills, and Special Education Interventionist for grades K - 12. In addition, I am currently testing for my Board Certification as a Parent Advocate through the National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET). My passion for researching and writing grants to promote essential resources and opportunities for our clients and community.

Howard Robinson is a Chicago-born and raised Posse Scholar and graduate of DePauw University with a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology. He has dedicated his career to being an educator and entrepreneur that creates opportunity for communities in need via the medium of esports, gaming, and immersive technology. He has worked for various large organizations such as Northwestern University, Black Girls Code, and Connected Camps and won a national pitching contest via the Black Connect 2023 National Competition. He brings years of educational and technical experience to the organization along with a passion for creative outreach and social impact that he hopes to help expand and grow within the organization.
