David Lescalleet IV

Hello everyone!  My name is David Lescalleet, and I am from the United States of America.  I have had the unique privilege to teach education in the arts and humanities for over 7 years in a variety of different institutions.  Much of my education has been an attempt to demonstrate the interconnected nature of subjects ranging from philosophy, theology, music, literature, and world history.  This was directly inspired by the education of the fifteenth century “Renaissance” and “Enlightenment” periods, which influenced and ultimately changed the style of learning here in the west.

It was the great Greek Philosopher, Seneca, who said “There is no one more foolish than one who stops learning.”  Education has been (and continues to be) an extraordinary gift that I have received in my life.  Because of this gift, I have been inspired to pass it on to new students that are also eager to learn.  It is my hope that with each student, I have an opportunity to awaken and broaden the scope of their knowledge through a variety of subjects.
