Lamar Callahan Sr. is a US Air Force Veteran and a former Boy Scout and Troop Leader. He is a licensed, professional Massage Therapist of 30 years.

His time as a Scout and Scout Leader made Lamar appreciate the simplicity of and beautiful lessons in helping others.

She is also interested in client retention strategies and LinkedIn habits for success on the platform. She focused on positioning, content creation, visibility strategies, networking, and brand sustainability to help brands grow.

Domasha K. Beavers

Domasha K. Beavers is the owner of Zip Mouth Motivation LLC in Florida and Tikia Divine LLC in Alabama. She is a Mindset Coach, Spiritual Coach and wellness guru.

She has a Masters in Higher Education and loves to feed the community's knowledge. In 2018, Domasha wrote a short guide to promote the change in others called "Building on The Wrong Foundation." In this guide, Domasha talks about trials and shifts in mindset.
Domasha is the Educational Director for Africa's Supporting Africans and continues to grow in the community.
​Caroline Biesalski is a dedicated and generous German consultant based in Germany, serving as the president of Reflection8 Inc. With a rich career background in accounting, organizational management, and community psychology, she highlights entrepreneurs, free thinkers, best-selling authors, artists, and anyone who says "YES" on her INSPIRED! podcast. Additionally, she provides coaching for individuals and corporations, guiding them from "Thinking into Results" to achieving the highest levels of success. Caroline is known for her unwavering persistence in remaining present during the challenging phases of any business and for being a supportive presence when needed. With her extensive skills, practical application, and a passion for realizing her own and others' dreams, she is committed to empowering both Profit and Non-Profit organizations, propelling them to the pinnacle of fame and success they inherently deserve.

In my capacity, I bring a wide range of experience in Special Education—ranging from classroom instructor, teacher mentor, and a member of the Senior Leadership team. Besides my professional licensure in Special Education, I am completing additional endorsements in ESL, Adaptive Functional Skills, and Special Education Interventionist for grades K - 12. In addition, I am currently testing for my Board Certification as a Parent Advocate through the National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET). My passion for researching and writing grants to promote essential resources and opportunities for our clients and community.

Pranab Kaushik is a highly accomplished Computer Engineering graduate with a first-class distinction, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the Africans Supporting Africans Corp Board of Directors.
Pranab's professional journey includes serving as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, where he collaborated with Teradyne, a leading American automatic test equipment designer and manufacturer based in North Reading, Massachusetts. His technical acumen and dedication to excellence were further demonstrated during his tenure at the North Eastern Space Applications Centre under the Department of Space, Government of India, where he served as a Research Scientist Systems.
Pranab utilized his diverse technical background to explore entrepreneurship by managing a Hero Electric bike dealership, gaining valuable insights into business operations and customer relations. He also owns and oversees commercial real estate ventures, providing a space at minimal rent to individuals striving to sustain their livelihoods through business endeavors.
Additionally, he possesses valuable experience in the judiciary and banking sectors, where he honed his expertise in legal processes and financial management.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Pranab is actively involved in philanthropy and community development. He serves as an Advisory Board Member of Development Alert, a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization dedicated to fighting poverty, community water shortages, inequity, and environmental degradation in Uganda. Development Alert collaborates with Global Joy Giving, a Philanthropic Initiative from the USA.

As the founder and CEO of Envy In The Rough LLC, B.I.G Girl Yoga, and Envy Aesthetics And Cosmetics, and Perfect Solutions LLC. Destinii has demonstrated an exceptional ability to build and lead successful ventures. This entrepreneurial spirit is matched only by their passion for helping others and uplifting communities, particularly the youth. Destinii's expertise in marketing for numerous non-profit organizations, such as Holt International, The Humane Society Of The United States, Heifer International, and The United Breast Cancer Foundation, has left an indelible mark on the world. Through these experiences, they have provided invaluable resources and information to millions of individuals on a national and international scale. A true advocate for education, Destinii excels in their role as an educator, both for potential donors and community members. Their ability to impart knowledge and inspire action is truly remarkable. Romir has always been passionate about giving back to his community. After moving to Arizona, he began volunteering with a local organization supporting individuals with special needs and loved helping out. After discovering the joy of giving back, he wanted to give others this same opportunity to serve the community.
He currently serves as the Founder and CEO at Helping Hands Corporation , a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. His passion can be seen throughout the organizations rapidly growth, serving individuals in 30 nations within a span of 7 months through one of the programs he oversees. He is also spearheading efforts to develop new programs to help even more individuals in third world nations to achieve success in postsecondary education.

Professional Substitute Teacher: Taught/led classes that ranged from elementary through high school. Developed engaging programs and services geared towards educational advancement and engagement. Specialization with kids that have special needs/exceptional student education and ensured that kids received the proper attention and educational knowledge for their age group. 2021 – 2022 Invited to be a guest speaker at several high schools and elementary schools to encourage, motivate, and teach lifelong skills to thousands of students.
Management and Program Analyst with the Office of Trade, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP): Management Program Analyst for the newly created Branch, Human Resource Programs, he is responsible for overseeing Data Reporting, Reporting Analysis, Database Management, Goal Development and Planning, Office of Trade Executive Acting Commissioner Awards Coordinator, FEVS Champion and other assigned duties. He quickly integrated into Office of Trade and because of his background was chose to help develop curriculum for a New Supervisors Course (first of its kind in Office of Trade). Also, he was chosen to help teach a needed Suicide Intervention/Prevention/Awareness course that reached 800 employees.
Dustin began his career with the United States Air Force in 1994, where he served as a Chaplain Assistant, Technical Training Instructor, Professional Military Education instructor and worked at the Strategic level at Air Mobility Command (AMC). He holds multiple associates degrees, a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and is currently three classes from finishing a master’s in strategic leadership from Trident University.
While in Alabama and Florida as a Professional Instructor he taught several thousand Officer and Enlisted members. His leadership was directly responsible for ensuring members were educated on subjects such as Personality Temperaments, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Human Capital Management, Strength Finders and an array of other subjects. During both his stints as an instructor he helped develop and hone curriculum used to shape Air Force leaders. His oversight was instrumental in helping the Air Force bridge the gap between in residence learning to distance learning. His work impacted 250,000 Air Force members.
After moving from Panama City, Dustin served as Manager Personnel and Readiness, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base Illinois. He was directly responsible for matters that dealt with fiscal management, readiness and personnel and the oversight of 12 Air Force Installation teams. While in Illinois he was selected as the Inaugural Chaplain Assistant for the 45th Inauguration. He trained 20 teams while working with the Army Chaplain Corp. During this period, he worked with the White House Staffing Agency and the Secret Service processing clearances and vital paperwork for maximum security.
Prior to joining CBP, Dustin was Ordained at his home Church in St. Petersburg Florida and served as the Young Adult Pastor. Dustin currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia. His hobbies include traveling, physical fitness, writing and motivational speaking. In August 2022 He released his very first published Children’s book called “Do you work at the Zoo.”
